Data collected

This site sets no advertising cookies. It has a single form, the AI visibility check request, described in the next section.

Traffic is measured with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool operated by Umami Software, Inc. Umami sets no cookie, stores no IP address and cannot track you across sites. The resulting statistics are anonymous and aggregated: pages viewed, country, device type, and the site or engine the visit came from. No data that could identify you is transmitted.

No personal data is collected directly by the site during a simple visit.

AI visibility check request

Data collected: business name, website, trade and town, any competitors named, first and last name, work email address.

Purpose: to run the requested check, send it to you and follow up about it. Legal basis: your request and your consent, given through the form's checkbox. You may withdraw it at any time.

Recipient: Yann Gilliot, for GILABS, and nobody else. Requests are stored on the site's hosting (Infomaniak, Switzerland) and forwarded by email to GiLabs' business address. No sharing with third parties, no resale, no newsletter.

To run the check, the business name, trade and town are typed into ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity and Bing (Microsoft), without an account, as any web user would. Your name and email address are never typed into them.

Retention: three years after the last exchange, then deletion.

Abuse protection: your IP address is not stored. A non-reversible fingerprint, recomputed every day, is used only to limit the number of requests sent from one connection, and is erased within 24 hours.

The site sets no cookie at all, analytics included. That is why you are shown no consent banner: the audience measurement in place neither reads nor writes any information on your device.
