Thirty minutes to describe a process that costs you money and leave with a straight answer: does AI change anything here, under what conditions, and at what order of magnitude of effort. If the answer is no, you will hear it during the call.
This is not a product demo. Come with a concrete irritant instead: a document someone re-keys by hand, a report that eats two days a month, a reconciliation nobody wants to do.
Worth having in mind
Three things are enough, and none of them needs formal preparation: which process wastes the most time, how many people touch it, and where the data lives today (Microsoft 365, an ERP, a SQL Server database, files).
