They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Copilot to recommend someone, and the answer names three or four businesses. The check tells you whether yours is one of them, who gets named instead, and why. ## What the check covers - **Your trade queries, put to the AIs**: Five questions worded the way your customers ask them ("which architect in Nice for a house extension"), put to ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot, with no account and no history. - **Who gets named instead of you**: The businesses named in the answers, and the sources the AI draws them from: directories, comparison sites, reviews, press articles. - **What the AIs say about you**: A direct question about your business, to check the description is right: activity, location, services. An AI that gets you wrong does more damage than one that does not know you. - **How readable your website is**: Three technical checks (AI crawler access, structured data, reference pages) and your site's score on is-agentic.com, a public measurement tool. - **Three priority actions**: Ranked from simplest to heaviest, with at least one you can do yourself, without hiring anyone. ## How it works 1. **You fill in the form**: Two minutes. The field that matters most is your trade and your town: it is what a customer would type. 2. **I run the check**: Each question is put twice to each AI, because their answers change from one run to the next. I read and verify every answer myself. 3. **You get it within two working days**: By email. If you wish, we then talk it through for twenty minutes, with no commitment. ## Applied to gilabs.fr first Before offering it, I did it for my own website. Its AI agent readiness score on is-agentic.com went from 76 to 97 out of 100 in three days, then to 100 out of 100 on 30 September 2026, with all seven essential checks passed. Its presence in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot answers is measured every month, with the same grid your check uses. A technical score is not a recommendation: it says AI tools can read the site, not that they cite it. That is why the check also puts the questions to the AI tools directly. If the check shows a real gap, I will offer the upgrade described below, for a fixed fee agreed in writing before the work starts. If it shows you are already well cited, I will tell you so, and that will be the end of it. ## After the check: the upgrade The check says what is missing. The upgrade fixes it, then verifies that it worked. - **Upgrading your presence**: What the check pointed at, fixed: your website made readable by AIs (structured data, reference pages, an llms.txt file, crawler access), then the directory and citation listings that matter in your trade, with the same name, address and phone number everywhere. - **A control check at 60 days, included**: The same questions, asked again to the same AIs two months later. It is the proof of the result, and the only judge that counts: are you named, yes or no. - **Monthly follow-up, if you want it**: The check run again every month, with that month's actions. No long-term commitment. Fixed fee, agreed in writing after the check and before any work starts. Nothing is offered if you are already well cited. ## Frequently asked questions ### Which AIs are tested? ChatGPT, Perplexity and Bing's Copilot search. Always without a signed-in account or history, to see exactly what a customer who does not know you yet would see. ### Don't AI answers change from one time to the next? They do, which is why each question is asked twice. The check is a dated snapshot, not a final ranking. What matters is the trend: are you named regularly, sometimes, or never. ### Is this the same as ranking on Google? Not quite. AIs that search the web read the same pages as Google, but they mostly recommend businesses that are talked about elsewhere: trade directories, comparison sites, reviews, articles. A site that ranks well on Google can be absent from AI answers. Working on that presence is called GEO, for generative engine optimization. ### What if I am not named anywhere? It is common, especially when a business has no up-to-date listing on the directories the AIs read for its trade. The check tells you which ones, and where to start. ### What do you do with my details? They are used to run your check, send it to you and follow up once about it. No newsletter, no resale, no sharing with third parties. Only the business name, trade and town are typed into the AIs, never your name or email.
